Returns/Refund

We accept exchanges or returns ONLY if you’ve received items in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or different from their description on the product detail page on The Gift Factory.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

No defects/damages will be considered without an unboxing video.
Make an unboxing video while opening the parcel. Please share the video within 24 hours of receiving your parcel on our customer care number or you can email us too at connect@thegiftfactory.org

We would not be responsible for the loss of shipment while returning the product, or damage to the product incurred during the same.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
