ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you
know your order is on the way!

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 7 days using our preferred vendor.

We ship outside to India based on manual requests through email or WhatsApp.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. The Gift Factory is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
